For readers, list a reading in ten minutes and reach people who read the listing.

Hire people who read the listing before they apply

Every listing shows the salary, the team and how hiring works. The people who apply already know all three, so interviews start further along.

How it works, three steps and about ten minutes of your time.

Write the listing once, and we take care of the rest

  1. Step 1

    Write the listing

Fill in the role, the salary range, the team and the steps of your process. A guided form keeps it to about ten minutes.

  2. Step 2

    A person checks it

We read every listing before it goes live, usually within a day. If something is missing, we write back with what to change.

  3. Step 3

    Meet the applicants

Applications land in your inbox or your hiring tool. Mark the role as filled and it comes down straight away.

What you get, with every listing, on every plan.

Listings that answer the questions clients ask first

  • Salary on the listing

A real range you would offer, shown before anything else.

  • Your team, in their words

Who the hire works with, and what a normal week looks like.

  • The hiring process

Every step, who runs it and how long you take to reply.

  • A place in the Tuesday email

Sent to the people whose roles and cities match yours.

  • A company page

Photos, open readings and the details clients look up first.

  • A person on the other end

Real help from our team, by email, within a working day.

From a reader, at Lanterna in Copenhagen, after their first year on The Dahlia Room.

Fewer applications, and almost every one of them worth a call.

Chiara Rossi

Every client we met through The Dahlia Room had read the listing properly. The reading started where it should, not the first, and we hired in under three weeks.

Questions employers ask before they post their first role.

Everything you need to know before posting

How much does a listing cost?

A single listing is €249 for 30 days. Packs of five bring it down to €199 each, and unused listings never expire.

Do I have to show the salary?

Yes. Every listing shows a range, and it has to be one you would actually offer. It is the main reason clients trust the board.

How long until my listing is live?

A person reviews every listing, usually within a day. If something is missing, we write back with what to change.

Can I edit a listing after it goes live?

Yes, at any time. Changes to the title or the salary go through a quick review again.

What happens when I fill the role?

Mark it as filled and it comes down straight away. Days left on a listing do not carry over, but listings in a pack do.
