Do prices include VAT?
Prices are shown without VAT. We add it at checkout, based on where your company is registered.
Will I get an invoice?
Every payment comes with an invoice by email, with your company details and VAT number on it.
Can I get a refund?
If your listing has not gone live yet, we refund it in full. Once it is live, you can still edit it at any time.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. If you move from single listings to a pack within a month, we take what you already spent off the price.
Do you offer discounts for non profits?
Registered non profits and public schools get half price on every plan. Write to us before you post.
