Do I need an account to apply?
No. Every apply button goes straight to the team that posted the role. We never sit between you and them.
Why does every listing show a salary?
Because we do not publish a role without one. A person checks every range before it goes live, and sends it back if it looks too wide.
What does They reply mean on a listing?
Each team promises how fast they answer applicants, from three days to two weeks. If a team keeps missing it, we stop taking their listings.
When do job alerts arrive?
Every Tuesday at eight in the morning, Milan time. One email a week with only the fields and places you picked.
How do I stop or change my alerts?
Every alert has a link at the bottom to change your fields or stop them. It takes one click and you do not need a password.

How long until my listing goes live?
Within one working day. A person reads it, checks the salary range and the details, then publishes it or writes back with what to fix.
Can I post a role without a salary?
No. Every listing needs a range, yearly or as a day rate for contracts. It is the reason people use Carriera at all.
Can I edit a listing once it is live?
Yes, at any time and as often as you like. Changes to the salary or the title are checked again before they show.
How long does a listing stay up?
Thirty days. You can close it early once the role is filled, or extend it from the same page for the same price.

Do prices include VAT?
Prices are shown without VAT. We add it at checkout, based on where your company is registered.
Will I get an invoice?
Every payment comes with an invoice by email, with your company details and VAT number on it.
Can I get a refund?
If your listing has not gone live yet, we refund it in full. Once it is live, you can still edit it at any time.
Do unused listings in a pack expire?
A pack of five lasts twelve months from the day you buy it. We send a reminder a month before anything runs out.

Where do the numbers come from?
From every listing posted on Carriera in the last twelve months. We take the middle of each range and find the median.
Why does my city pay less than the table?
The table shows the European median. Pick your city in the lookup to see what teams there offer for the same role.
I think a number is wrong, who do I tell?
Write to Pablo from the contact page. He checks every correction against the listings and replies within a working day.
