Where do the numbers come from?

Every listing on The Dahlia Room has a salary range, checked by a person before it goes live. We take the middle of each range and find the mediacross the last twelve months.

Are these gross or net?

Gross per year, in euros, before tax and without equity or bonus. Day rates for contract roles are left out.

How often is the guide updated?

On the first of every month, with the listings from the month before.
